26 марта 2021 года состоялось онлайн-совещание по вопросам развития семейной экономики в Хангаласском улусе Республики Саха (Якутия) с участием Государственного Советника Главы Республики Саха (Якутия) М.Е. Николаева, на котором рассматривались вопросы семейной экономики, усадебного хозяйства и земледелия.

2021 год в Хангаласском улусе объявлен Годом развития семейной экономики, сообщили ЯСИА в пресс-службе районной администрации.
Соответствующее распоряжение главы Хангаласского улуса Олега Иринеева было подписано сегодня, 30 декабря. “Мы убеждены, что объявление наступающего 2021 года в Хангаласском улусе годом развития семейной экономики значительно повысит качество жизни населения, укрепит семейные устои и будет способствовать экономической самостоятельности семей”, — подчеркнул руководитель района.
Глава улуса Олег Иринеев рассказал о мероприятиях Года семейной экономики в улусе.
На онлайн- совещании было много выступлений, вопросы семейной экономики были проанализированы на опыте Немюгюнского наслега, владельцы усадебных хозяйств делились своим опытом, выступали специалисты.
В завершение выступил Первый Президент Республики Саха (Якутия), Государственный Советник РС (Я) Михаил Николаев. Лейтмотивом его выступления было, что власть на улусном и наслежном уровнях должна дойти до каждого человека, знать его нужды и помочь в реализации его потенциала.
По итогам совещания приняты решения:
по закреплению за каждым наслегом персональных кураторов из администрации улуса,
ускорить работу по формированию и предоставлению заявок в МКУ «Департамент сельского хозяйства», на приобретение населением скороспелой живности, кормов для кур-несушек, поликарбонатных теплиц, ягодных кустарников,
взять на контроль семьи имеющие доход ниже прожиточного минимума, провести работу с указанными семьями с целью увеличения постоянного дохода семьи,
вести системную работу с безработными гражданами.
В заключение хочу добавить, что на онлайн-совещании еще раз стало понятно, что ситуация в Хангаласском улусе крайне тяжелая — 60-70% населения живет ниже черты бедности, южные наслега улуса страдают от бездорожья, сельское хозяйство не развивается из-за нерешенности проблемы сбыта продукции.
В этой связи поддерживаю инициативу руководства республики о создании туристического кластера «Лена» и о продолжении строительства республиканской дороги «Умнас»!
В улусе необходимо продумать систему сбыта сельхозпродукции, надо закупать продукты питания у собственных товаропроизводителей и надо налаживать сбытовую сеть в г. Якутске и в других улусах республики.
