03 июня 2021г состоялась встреча заместителя председателя Общественной палаты РС(Я) И.И.Горохова с Председателем Правительства РС/Я/ А.В.Тарасенко, в ходе которой были обсуждены важные вопросы развития РС(Я), затронутые в Послании Главы РС (Я) Государственному Собранию (Ил Тумэн) РС(Я) в декабре 2020 года:
- о мерах развития с/хозяйства, обеспечения населения натуральными продуктами питания собственного производства через сокращение оттока населения и закрепление молодежи в сельской местности в духе Послания (статьи) Первого Президента М.Е.Николаева «О пространственном развитии и территориальном управлении в контексте народосбережения РС (Я)» путем создания экспериментальных микрополисов (агропоселков) в центральной части республики и Арктике, максимально приближенных к городским условиям в части обеспечения комфортных условий проживания, отдыха и труда…
- эффективного обустройства и содержания автозимников в Арктике, продления сроков эксплуатации путем искусственного ускорения ледостава на многочисленных, бескрайних водоемах лесотундры, тундры. О необходимости для этого признания и утверждения в законодательном порядке правового статуса автозимников в РФ для разработки нормативов обустройства, содержания и эксплуатации, порядка финансирования субьектов из федерального бюджета в рамках реализации Стратегий развития Арктических зон РФ и РС(Я).
- о законодательном упорядочении организации добычи и реализации мамонтовой фауны/кости/
- о мерах по газификации населенных пунктов заречной части территории Хангаласского улуса, возможного использования для этого сжиженного природного газа/СПГ/.
- об активизации и повышении эффективности деятельности общественных советов органов исполнительной государственной власти и муниципальных образований, взаимодействия с Общественной палатой РС/Я/.
Андрей Владимирович Тарасенко обещал держать эти вопросы на личном контроле и далее принимать представителей общественности для обсуждения насущных вопросов жизни республики.
Ранее И.И. Горохов направлял письмо в адрес Министерства транспорта РС (Я).
На Общественном обсуждении статьи Первого Президента М.Е.Николаева «О пространственном развитии и территориальном управлении в контексте народосбережения в Республике Саха», организованное Высшим Советом старейшин (Ытык Субэ) и Общественной Палатой Республики Саха (Якутия) 24 февраля 2021 года Иван Горохов выступил о необходимости усадебного хозяйства в условиях Арктики и якутского Севера.
По итогам стратегической сессии «Столетний план развития» в Хангаласском улусе еще раз стало понятно, что вопрос пространственного расселения населения республики, обеспечения рабочих мест и обеспечение транспортной связности территории республики остается наиболее острой проблемой требующей постоянного внимания властей республики!
