На сегодня пятницу 13-е объявлены неблагоприятные метеорологические условия первой степени опасности. Это условия, которые способствуют накоплению загрязняющих веществ в приземном слое атмосферы. Ил Дархан Айсен Николаев объявил пятницу 13-е нерабочим днем в г. Якутске и в 11 улусах.
