Муниципальное бюджетное дошкольное образовательное учреждение «Центр развития ребенка – детский сад №10 «Туллукчаан» ГО «город Якутск» является одним из крупных национальных дошкольных образовательных учреждений республики, открытие, которого состоялось 11 февраля 1980 года. В настоящее время в ДОУ функционируют 17 групп (в т.ч. с дополнительными группами по адресу: ул.П.Алексеева,3/1). Обучение и воспитание ведется на якутском (12 групп), русском (3 группы), английском (2 трилингвальные группы) языках.
Со дня открытия в ДОУ трудится творческий коллектив под руководством Т.С. Сантаевой, к.п.н., заслуженного работника образования РС (Я), Отличника просвещения РСФСР, обладателя звания «Учителя учителей», Почетного работника общего образования РФ, занесенную в галерею лучших педагогов дошкольного образования России в Москве, в 1 том «Педагогической энциклопедии» МО РС(Я), в энциклопедию «Лучшие люди России», педагога высшей квалификационной категории. Высшее образование имеют 98 % педагогов.
В Центре развития ребенка созданы благоприятные условия для обеспечения разных направлений развития ребенка в соответствии с ФГОС ДО. Наши старания направлены на охрану и укрепление физического и психического здоровья детей, в том числе их эмоционального благополучия, комфортное пребывание детей в течение дня, гармоничное воспитание и обучение детей с применением современных технологий, формирование целевых ориентиров дошкольного образования у воспитанников в соответствии с стандартом дошкольного образования.
В «Туллукчаане» первыми, с 1984 г. начали обучение детей с 6 лет в качестве эксперимента под руководством к.п.н. Каратаева И.И. Детский сад с момента создания является городской, республиканской базой для проведения апробаций, стажировочных площадок, конференций, связей, семинаров по обмену опытом.
